I'm Zoe (Xiaoyi) Zhong

I’m a passionate learning experience designer dedicated to creating inclusive, human-centered, and impactful learning experiences that truly resonate with diverse learners.

I'm proud to have earned my master's degree in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology from Harvard University. With over 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and media production, I lead projects across higher education, professional and workplace learning, including certification programs, job aids, and onboarding training, and K-12 education.
